Welcome to the site of the Brazilian Society of Membrane Processes
SBPM was founded in 2007 to provide a forum and promote interactions of mutual interest between researchers, users, suppliers, institutions and the general public interested in the applications of membrane separation processes in Brazil, namely, among several others, the chemical, petrochemical, food and beverages industries, the biotechnology and biomedical sectors, the water production, treatment and reuse services and energy related processes.
Dealing with a multidisciplinary area by nature and vocation, strong interactions and partnerships with national and international professional associations will be fundamental to achieve the objectives of SBPM.
